These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made through Windrose Personal Coaching.
A “client” is any individual or entity who purchases a product or service through our secure payment system or other accepted payment methods.
Age Requirements
Windrose Personal Coaching accepts:
Clients over 16 years old for digital products
Clients over 18 years old for coaching services, workshops, and related offerings
If we become aware that a client or subscriber does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to remove access and issue a refund where appropriate.
Orders
Placing an order confirms your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), including applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
Delivery of Services and Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically, either by email or through access to an online platform such as Systeme.io.
Coaching services are delivered remotely (for example, via Zoom or another agreed platform) at scheduled times.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary technology and internet access.

By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge that:
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support personal growth
Results are not guaranteed and depend on your own participation and circumstances
Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for professional advice (including psychological, legal, or financial advice)
Personal Data
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By making a purchase or providing your email address, you agree to receive communications related to your purchase, as well as occasional updates or promotional emails.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once access has been granted to a digital product, course, or downloadable material, refunds are not provided.
For coaching services, all purchases are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
