General Conditions of Sale Windrose Personal Coaching

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of Windrose Personal Coaching.

A "client" is considered to be any natural or legal person who places an order with Windrose Personal Coaching, validated via our secure payment platform, or by other accepted payment methods.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply. Windrose Personal Coaching only accepts clients over 16 years old (for digital products) and over 18 years old (for services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars).

We make every effort to restrict access to our services to minors. While the content is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to serve a mature audience capable of engaging in personal development and coaching work.

Any newsletter subscriber who does not meet these criteria (over 16) will be removed from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to Windrose Personal Coaching implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD), including applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-order products.

You may pay by credit card through secure online payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

All payment information is processed securely and encrypted according to industry standards. We do not have access to your full payment details.

Coaching services are delivered remotely (e.g., via Zoom or other agreed-upon platforms) at scheduled times.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary technology and internet access to receive these services.

By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge that:

Coaching is a collaborative, client-led process intended to support personal growth and insight
Results are not guaranteed and depend on your own participation, commitment, and circumstances
Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for professional advice (including psychological, legal, or financial advice)

Article 7: Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access and correct your personal data.

By accepting these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our personal data policy and consent to the collection and use of your data.
